Glenn Cagandahan is a sculptor of folk imagery and subjects known for his use of different mediums, shifting from traditional materials like wood, metal, stone, terracotta, glass to modern materials like resin, fiberglass, plastics and ready-mades. Trained at the College of Fine Arts of the University of the Philippines, Cagandahan’s work seeks to establish a unique cultural identity through his art, expressing folk life and simulating the Philippine rural scene.
